Anthony Gordon

A damning indictment of the whole football world when Gordon costs £45million, probably would have cost maximum £5million in 2010, glad the mags have wasted money on him mind 😂

He's had 13 bookings in his last 55 appearances. A ridiculous stat for a skinny winger.

Everton wishing him well...

er not!

GORDON LEAVES EVERTON

Anthony Gordon has joined Newcastle United for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old forward leaves Everton after having submitted a formal transfer request.
Gordon joined the Club’s Academy at the age of 11 and made his senior debut as a 16-year-old in a Europa League tie in December 2017. He went on to make 78 First-Team appearances, scoring seven goals.'

Not exactly a glowing send off 😂

Looks like he’s pissed a few off

£40m seems stupid money. Having said that, Dan Ashworth is unfortunately rather good at his job (see Brighton's success today which is in large part down to him) and he's a very good judge of talent. Chelsea's willingness to pay even more money for him last year is also convincing with regards to his talents.

Benefits Everton most of all though right now. £40m in the bank is huge for them. They're leaving it late mind!

Only seen him a few times, looked lively, but not £40 million pounds of lively.
Can't be as bad as Longstaff though.
