How is this even relevant? He's still the same man with the same coaching methods. The second sentence is even less relevant to his coaching methods.

The same coaching methods that don't appear to have worked too well recently.

Fkin hell theses skunks just get worse !!!!
some calling this a great piece of business,
Gayle will do a canny job in that league but you'd think he was Thierry Henry the way their going on !

Whatever your opinion is of his coaching, you're in agreement that they don't change from division to division. Yes?

Not necessarily. I imagine it would be a bit odd to have the exact same methods in the Serie A to La Liga to the Championship.

Wasn't Benitez visiting quite a few different managers in England at their training grounds when he was between the Liverpool and Inter Milan jobs to look at different managers coaching methods? Doubt he's gonna stick to the same ones over and over if they aren't working anymore.

So his coaching ability and methods actually increase in quantity and his knowledgebase grows?

After scrutinising the results of Alan Pardew's coaching I can tell you that he has very little deviation from his 'Plan A' so my agreement with the 'deluded mag' still stands. Bloke's an ego-maniac, he doesn't take anyone else's opinions on board.

After scrutinising Pards coaching I can say he kept palace up.
After scrutinising Rafa's coaching I can say he took NUFC down.

If you were to pick one to be next Sunderland manager, who would you pick out of the two?

A lot of Mags are slating him for leaving.

Slating him for wanting to play at the likes of Old Trafford and The Emirates next year rather than the Pirelli Stadium.

Either their relegation hasn't sank in yet or they seem to think they haven't actually been demoted.

They can do yes. The Championship might need a different type of philosophy than the Prem. It's rough and tumble down there and you have get in amongst it and generally be more direct and in your face.

Coaching his players to be tippy tappy ponces and he might get them kicked off the park.

I've covered that seven posts up.
