its properly weird this-
the club has been spending money- on quality, brought an excellent loan in with Simms- we haven't sold any players from under him (which is very rare- it's a good sign we have kept hold of Ross) and are linked with some pretty exciting players- he might have said he wanted more experience but I assumed he didn't mean Jagielka.
I can understand players wanting to be close to family- they are generally younger- but Neill is 41 and how much free time does a manager realistically get anyway.
if it's simply a case of better money then fair enough, but we should be competitive with stoke and in terms of his career, he'd been out of management a year when we went for him- if it goes wrong at stoke (which it would, they are shite)- he'll be dropping down the leagues or going to Greece ect.

if he does go, we have to move quickly though- we cant be pissing about like last time losing games and confidence- Dyche is probably the best bet

It’s amazing that everyone on this forum has been saying how well the club conduct transfers now. No leaks, just going about things quietly and diligently. Yet all of a sudden the club has sprang the biggest leak going when it’s something we don’t want to hear.
Fwiw I have zero clue about Alex Neil or if he is staying or going. If he goes then he goes and if he stays then he stays.
