divested maybe?Out? What do you mean?
Because thats what's within our resourcesWhy should a manager at a club that can attract 40,000 on the Championship be expected to accept a “slow build”, relative to Stoke?
What a rotter....Travelling to Stoke, when you're meant to be at your current team's press conference...
Appreciate your consistent stance on this but you can see how it doesn't look good at all from our point of view. Several different news sources now reporting the same thing, it looks shitty doesn't it.
He accepted that contract, wanted that contract. He isn't blameless in all of thisWho Neil ? We all said why are we not tying him down on a nee deal after promotion , I don’t blame him if we are paying him peanuts with a rolling contract. KLD is responsible of leafing this club so get on the phone to Neil and tell him to turn his car around
Ffp.
Nobody really cares if Barry leaves working on the trolleys at Morrisons for an extra quid an hour at LidlI wonder how many people on here have been loyal to their current employer when a new employer offers them a much better package. It's just a job to these guys, and to be fair to AN, he's never done the whole badge-kissing bollocks that some managers do.
If he's gone, then you can't blame him if the package is so much better. I don't think he owes us anything as fans, and doesn't deserve some of the comments on these threads. All of the blame rests with the board, who think a rolling contract is anything other than a liability if things go well and people notice him. Things have gone well, and presuming we haven't gone to offer a better contract then the blame is squarely with them.
Of course some fans think the manager should love the club as much as us. For those fans, the damage is arguably done even if he stays.
Would you want him as manager? Are you sure you're not creating an emotional insurance policy here?I'm still not convinced this is happening. Sky are notorious for making stuff up for click bait and views. It makes no sense why he would travel down in a car for talks. You have talks over the phone and fax, and you don't drive you go in the Coates's helicopter. I smell BS.
Because thats what's within our resources
This, clear as day. If he's really on his way down then it's over.If he traveling down by car it's clearly a done deal. It really is that simple. Talks have already took place
Can’t say I am expressing any rage at anyone. Just gutted.I cannot imagine a single safc fan that is anything other than gutted by this news. Personally I don't know who I should be directing my rage at, SAFC or him
The England job is something which I couldn’t blame Allardyce for - it’s an opportunity for a massive job that he’s always wanted.
Neil is going to talk to f***ing Stoke ffs. Fuck him.
