American Nightmare - Netflix

When it comes to close-minded tunnel vision nowt beats a policeman.

The problem is they think getting a badge and a gun makes them smarter than the average citizen. It usually does the opposite. They equate power with intelligence. Because most of them are thick.

Too long for me, as is every Netflix documentary. There was lots of filler in the first 2 episodes. That last episode could have been 10 minutes max bolted onto the end of episode 2

Some stuff left hanging though -
Was there one kidnapper or several? Did they embellish parts of the story eg WTF with the wet suits? Her release at the parents home still doesn't make any sense. Clearly kidnapped and not fabricated, but some of the details are just utterly bizarre.

They checked the car and her parents address (or close to it) was entered into the SatNav so that part looks to be true.

Seems to be only 1 kidnapper. Cooper found a blow up doll dressed in black in the boot of his car, he probably used that as a decoy while he was shining lights in their faces/drugging them and what have you (they were in a state of panic so probably not in the frame of mind to study and notice it wasn’t a proper person?).
