We were told by Donald, Methven and everyone else on here that we’d be making a profit this year even without offloading big earners. We’ve offloaded those earners and now we’re told we’re hoping to break even this year and be profitable within two or three years. Michael Fish doesn’t change his forecasts this often

they have forecats a proftit for this year yes...didnt say anything about this month..
and i would expect we will make an actual profit..but an operating loss..

Presumably it's someone who has seen what the current owners can do in terms of getting the club running on a sound financial footing after being right in the clarts and has decided it's prudent to fund their project beyond what they're currently able to achieve.

This is happening, a few who saw Donald reckon he was grinning like a Cheshire cat yesterday - and considering how that has not been the case in recent weeks. I think he has done what he was tasked to do in 1 year ie make the club lean and investment worthy with a team that can battle for promotion - the US market could be great for us - every Yank soccer fan knows us - cult club.

I haven’t been keeping up fully with this ( the boys had a match today) but I thought Donald said the newspaper needed to get better journalists or something like that? Suggesting it was all shite??

I heard that when it goes through we are going to get one of those 500 piece marching bands where the Drum Major runs about and stands on his head before every game.
Sampson and Delilah are to be packed off sharpish to Feline Friends in Hendon.
