Interesting comments by Ten Haag yesterday when he was asked about the option of recalling Amad this window. Suggested he’s progressing so well here it might be best to leave him where he is for now.

I can see both sides. Diallo would need to be keeping Jaden Sancho off the bench at Man U. Everton are absolutely desperate (in every sense of the word).

Everton have more strikers now than when they initially let Simms come to us. Calvert-Lewin is finally fit and they signed Maupay after Simms left. At the start of the season they were playing without a striker so it seems bizarre if they've actually recalled him to play.

being sold for the amount he was in light ofthose appearances indicates he had..
i mean..he only played 4 times before being sold to a bigger team...if he hadnt been sold he would surely be playing there now?

Maupay was hopeless at Brighton, it was amazing that Everton paid a fee for him. Calvert-Lewin is never fit so I can see why Everton are desperate enough to recall Simms.
Everton remind me very much of us during our last seasons in the PL.
