. We couldn’t afford his wages,he’s on a huge difference to Jack Clarke who’s our highest earner, that’s Man Utd for you !

True. Only problem with that (if they don't want to utilise him) is they'll be in a better bargaining position with clubs who want him on loan and hence they may want a decent fee or the loaning club to pay a larger percentage of his wages.

Its because you guys have treated him like one of your own; he went up to Rangers last season and after he was taken off at HT vs Celtic (it was his 2nd match for the team on loan and the genius manager starts him away to Celtic) they absolutely roasted him. Two other players were subbed off, too, with Amad, and pretty much any of the 11 could have been hooked, but a lot of fans really stuck it to him on the forum anyway. After that game he barely played and you could tell the fans really weren't invested in getting behind him. Its the complete opposite experience this year and you can see he's thriving.

Used to be you brought through one of your own and we'd get to seem him for four of five years before he left for a bigger club. Those days are gone. Best you can hope for now if you get a loan player like this lad. Times change..enjoy the lad while we can.
