could try isolate the three tops and do front raises, lateral raises and face pulls.

Probably best resting it though.
 
Ripptoe is full body though, if you can't use your shoulder then you can't use it. You'll already be doing other lifts to work your other muscle groups. I'd suggest just rest the shoulder.

yeah i think so, but i'm not letting you touch my massive pecks.

i started taking creatine the other day, it was a tenner for about 4 months supply so even me being the tightest man in the world could accept that cost.

Arnold Press is very good , I like to use smith machines (no counterbalance) for shoulder press, just dont lock your arms out at the top to keep pressure on front delt
