There's far too much discretion involved at both PL and EFL level for these postponements.
It's open to abuse and favouritism, and injuries shouldn't even be considered.
I don't see how they can't have a figure, and when that figure is hit (and proof of same is supplied), the game is off.
If that number isn't reached (and again it should be COVID cases only, not injuries), the game is played.
