The stats for Mendy read to me as though he's a bit of a fox in the box, probably not very skilful/too clever on the ball, but powerful and not afraid to have a go. Could be prolific but if he starts slow, could be a donkey low on confidence.

Yes I know. I'm saying it's legit but it's from the champ, so not from our league 1 season. He was banging in 0.64 goals per 90 that season so they'd look much healthier

I agree with your read on what Mendy looks like. Good in the air, strong, maybe good at holding up and likes a shot

I’d rather look at buying someone under 30, preferably 25 from league 1or 2, just look at the top scorers in those leagues and take a punt, i think there is a bigger chance of success

Id probably suggest his prime was earlier if you want to be extremely picky so released players can't do a good job ok then

Have you seen the scouting report video? He’s very good on the ball and actually quite good at coming deep and getting the ball around the pitch

so we get a player who in his prime wasnt a goalscoerer at this level exceopt in 2018/19..so just the five years back..teemu pukki was top scorer that year..lets get him..
