Alex Neil

He did class for us. I just never liked the idea on here at the time he could walk on the Wear. Very limited head coach. Perfect for a club like Millwall wanting to be in the Top 6.

It's baffling. He supposedly left us to be closer to his family. Preston-stoke ? Then went to Millwall. I'm glad for Hull, Millwall seem like a bunch of bruisers..
That was just a press release just like politicians and businessmen going on gardening leave.
He wanted more autonomy and less interference from Speakman. Mowbray had similar issues but Neil at least voted with his feet. It was for him (?leaving the) wrong decision at the time but he has redeemed himself at Millwall. They fell short but Millwall now compared with when he took over are transformed. He has done a great job

Mates a Hull fan and reckons they’ve been bullied by Millwall when they got beat in the league so expected it again. In fairness Hull looked really good on the counter and Millwall just couldn’t live with them

Vastly overrated manager during his time here. Took over when we 4th, 2 points away from automatic promotion places and ended up scraping into the play offs on the final day.

The squad he inherited should have been automatically promoted.

I am still absolutely baffled as to why he went to Stoke the absolute balloon.

We ended up taking a backward step to go many more forward.

Ultimately, he’s a lemon with an elevated opinion of himself who left the golden goose to try and line his pockets.

We wouldn’t let him sign Dwight Gayle
