Who would he pick instead of Doyle? Batth is injured and Xhemalji was struggling with his movement in the U23s until he was forced into the bench because we sold Flanagan.
Is Batth a new injury, the local paper says he's fine and was training through the week. Only concern for todays game was Gooch.Who would he pick instead of Doyle? Batth is injured and Xhemalji was struggling with his movement in the U23s until he was forced into the bench because we sold Flanagan.
He also failed to bring on Vic Halom, similar age.Well he didn't even bring on our statistically best striker, so understandable
He needs to play a more defensive line. We were caught too far up the pitch. Also we need to link the defence to the midfield - Cory Evans is not the man for that.Agree with 1st part. Disagree with 2nd. Theres no fix for the defence we have cos theres no other options to replace the young lads. Unless he chooses to play more defensively which will go down like a sack of shit with supporters
Trending on Twitter.
"Neil out" tweets already. I seriously doubt the sanity/intelligence of some of our "fans". One thinking Donald was picking the team because it was the same players Johnson used. Who the fuck else is he going to pick?
It’s schoolboy stuff. He needs to play a more defensive line. We were caught too far up the pitch. Also we need to link the defence to the midfield - Cory Evans is not the man for that.
enjoy your head in the morningJust noticed it in the trend feed. Dearie, dearie me. Not to worry, out for a Japanese meal in an hour where I'll undoubtedly drink far too much sake.
Agreed. It can be sorted. It’s schoolboy stuff.
Wright to man mark Eisa/head the first ball.
Doyle to cover.
Doyle looked off the pace but there isn’t anyone to replace him.
That isn’t Neil’s fault.
He went over on his ankle before the Wimbledon game. He’s back in training but wasn’t ready to play. I’m pretty sure Neil said he was touch and go in his press conferenceIs Batth a new injury, the local paper says he's fine and was training through the week. Only concern for todays game was Gooch.
It’s not Neil’s fault no one wanted him, but I don’t understand why the club gave him the job. It’s a waste of time.
What I can say is that Keane would not accept the lack of urgency aggression which started before LJ was sacked and continues now.
Dicanio, Poyet, Advocaat?Something we’ve never really tried.
