We need answers as to why it took 11 days to realise we couldn’t come to an agreement with Keane. Shouldn’t take more than a couple days to realise we can’t agree, and brought Neil in.

Takes a few days to interview initial candidates then the shortlist then the contract details then poring over by lawyers. It takes time especially if you can't agree terms with your first choice. Everyone needs time to Think, Consult, Negotiate. Two weeks is good.

The Speakman interview 30 mins before the match. They brought that damp squib interview on themselves.

And Dodds as interim? No fault of his own, but he clearly didn’t want it or was able to do it. To leave us in a position where he was a necessity for those 2 games killing off any automatic hopes we had and leaving us now in a real battle even just to make the play offs.
