the scottish fa have gone for some right rank appointments but surely they dont stink the joint out enough to go for a guy with half a season in league one under his belt when there are successful championship managers from scotland..

Agreed. Ross has proved absolutely nothing yet and, for all I support him, he might yet find himself failing to take a club with internationals, players with European experience, players who have played all their career above this level and players who have won promotion before out of league one despite having spent the most in the league. They'd be taking a massive gamble looking at him when there's other options out there, and he'd be making a mistake leaving a job in England with nothing proved because, unless he did mint with Scotland, he'd struggle to get another big opportunity here

The right rank approach here is surely Moyes and I wouldn't bet against it.

Should be funny.

Eight threads all on the same subject!! Don't know which was first mind but someone hasn't bothered to look!

except at watford..wolves and real madrid to name three..

Yesterday you were arguing that the constant managerial changes at Watford weren't destabilising. Now you're presenting them as a club which has had instability.

Terrible record and the defeat to Kazakhstan meant he was a dead man walking, but you have to look at the quality of the players and wonder if anyone could galvanise that lot into qualifying for a major tournament
