Alan Brazil talksport

They hope so , but as you can see theyre meeting resistance . Theyll cut and run soon enough if not but the male side is saturated as far as demand goes so theyll try hard and hang about . That doesnt mean its any good . it just means they successfully kidded the susceptible.
"They'll cut and run soon enough...so they'll try hard and hang about"

Make your mind up man 🤣🤣🤣

Got 3 pages in and skipped to the end...so an opinion by someone (not sure who, after the first 3 pages) which got dismissed by a fat alcoholic mess of a bloke, on a radio station designed to be controversial, about a sport that the majority of the people posting about on those 3 pages pretty much claimed is irrelevant, pointless etc. has got to an 18 page thread.

Something has worked somewhere.

Didn't realise he was still a professional broadcaster. Haven't heard him for years.
i used to enjoy listening to him and mike parry on a morning many moons ago. they were good crack, honourable mention to mike dickin (rip) who did a show before they came on.
never listened to talk sport for years now. it just got to the point where most of the presenters were just being controversial for the sake of it.

Brazil being incredibly sexist? No surprise there. Sounds like the OP is too.
Brazil is appalling. A complete Neanderthal. I’ve listened to the station for years and whenever a female presenter or guest speaks he just cuts them off. His views of the game are completely out dated and, presumably due to excessive alcohol consumption the previous night, he struggles to read his autocue. He’s a shambles and it amazes me that he’s still in a job.

Monday and Tuesday with Jeff Stelling and Ally are a great listen. Wednesday to Friday morning I turn over to 6 Music instead. I really like Shebane Ahern. Her hour long pre Breakfast show is an excellent listen.

Thing is the discussion was around this project to make Man U great again, and the point was most Man U would see that as the PL team nothing else.

No.That was his point. They were discussing the project, that included the womens team winning the league. It was perfectly valid for her to mention it.

Maybe, but if you said to Man U fans as a bad example, you'll have £1 billion pounds and 50% will be going to the lasses team, do you think most would be happy?

People who don't like women's football are up there now with vegans and people who don't have a TV licence.

Love to tell you about it in great detail even if you didn't ask.

Somewhere in the world there's a vegan, without a tv licence who doesn't like women's footy, every morning must be like Christmas for them knowing they can tell people all about it.

I dunno, and don't care,as that's not what was being discussed
Well it was in a way wasn't it? Discussing the project to make Man U great again, which included both teams, but the point being made that most Man U fans couldn't care less about the Women's side in the context of the wider project scope.

I'm not sure why there's so much outrage at what he's said in the context of what they were talking about?
