Wow - I wasn't aware of how much Leeds had to pay for him like. Just read up on it - the transfer fee was bad enough but the salary situation was truly bonkers:
They had to honour his 5 year contract at £93k per week - holy moly.
Augustin cost Leeds £319,000 for every minute he played for them. For every second spent on the pitch, the attacker earned roughly £14,000.
