Last i heard he was back in training.
He had come back from his groin surgery a couple or three months ago and played some u-21 games (scored a hattrick in one) then had a relapse before coming back.
Someone who takes more notice of the ins and outs of these things may know more.

He's got all the attributes to be a top quality striker IMO, might not put it all together but he's big, quick, knows where the goal is and even likes being a bit of playmaker.
