What tunes was he picking?
Well he started with Jerusalem off the ECB Ashes LP, and also had the "Leg over" clip.

What did you want him to be like ?
I suppose it was a bit much to expect him to say something new. I already knew that Geoffrey Boycott is blunt, outspoken and can be difficult to deal with occasionally. But then again, just listening to it you can tell how much it has been edited. It often sounded like a montage of soundbites stitched together. There weren't even any original amusing anecdotes.

There was the Beethoven Pathetique he likes playing and a song he remembers Tony Greig dancing to.

Saw him at a talk in a couple of years ago and it was a right load of tedious shite

He was knackered, kept complaining how far away Pocklington was from the last place they did

He was in the paper yesterday saying how the break up of his first marriage had affected his relationship with his kids (maybe it was quotes from Desert Islands Discs).
