Adingra on loan to Monaco confirmed


Hopefully this all shakes out in our favor and everything gets cleared nice and neat.

The Adingra deal is ~ 1m + a 17m option to buy after...which would get most of our money back for the purchase to begin with. That would be real nice to just clean our hands of Adingra and move on. Lovely kid but doesn't possess the physical strength necessary to graft defensively as a winger for us.

Adingra is suited perfectly to that league imo. Without having as many defensive responsibilities I think he’ll be a great player there

It's not, we clearly don't have any faith in him.

But the point is we haven't got rid of him, if he doesn't perform well enough for Monaco to want to activate their buy clause he'll be back next season with a diminished reputation which will make it difficult to move him on.

That's not always possible in a largely counter attacking side. They often have to wait for support or pick the ball up deep to begin with.

I still think roberts would have been a better option than mundle, adringa and mayenda, far better footballer with the ball at his feet and could beat a man with ease
