Adil Aouchiche

I'm convinced the manager doesn't have full control and has to play certain players. You can just tell by the way he won't drop certain players even in form drops, and instead squeezes players into the team out of position. We all know Mayenda and Aouchiche should have started against Plymouth.

Mowbray did say he never had full control of team selection. It's probably a case of the owners wanting certain players to play because they want to raise them for sale, or they've given certain players guarantees on playing time to get them to sign.

Like Ba, Bennett and a few others we need to shift never any real interest of bids in for him, other clubs realise they just aren't up tp it and not value for money.

I think he's a potentially very good player as a number 10 in the hands of the right manager. Le Bris obviously doesn't rate him so he'll need to move on sadly. He could easily make his name in the top half of the championship or even lower to mid table premiership as a squad player, in my opinion. He's still young enough to improve even more. I'd keep him, he has good attacking attributes always looking forward.

We are a club that can’t afford to keep losing money on players transfers we run a tight budget at the club

We aren’t

We will make an absolute fortune on our player transfers. Couldn’t have gone much better realistically
Can't see the attraction at all. Plodding around the lower half of the Championship at best, decent chance of relegation.

His stock is surely high enough in France to get a move to a midtable Ligue 1 side.

He’s not been great in my view but I agree that Pompey is a shite move

But tbf I don’t know the difference in wages between France and even Pompey

RLB has fell out with Aouchiche previously though apparently, they may just not get on with each other. It happens.

Speakman said at the time that the deal to sell Lihadji would allow us to be active in the market or something like that. It was implied that we'd made a few quid on him.

There isn't a hope in hell of anyone paying 2 million for Rusyn either.
If he actually impresses at Hadjuk they'll pay 2.1, agree it's a big if though

What shape is the earth?

Don’t think he’s a particularly good fit for them. Hopefully he can help them take a few points off the other teams at the top.
