Is he any good to become a Test match standard spin bowler?

Now somebody's said yes he will be ;) Craig Overton got 99 today, wonder if that'll get J Overton a place in the team (he's not even playing for Somerset today)

Woakes will have absolutey cracking county stats I bet, just not convinced he has the extra edge for test cricket, although a few writers reckon he has got a yard quicker this year.

He has got cracking stats at first class level but his international stats are garbage. If he's to have any chance at all he needs to be bowling more than a yard quicker, he was barely getting it above 80mph last time he played. He did get 90+ this week, also took 7 wickets in the match including a 5 for in the second innings.

Watched Riley in T20 game last night, got smashed all over by Jason Roy (who looked very good and is in top form at the minute). Seemed to have a nice bit of drift and gave it a rip.
