It doesn't say that she didn't know
They are and they're discussing the same shit and nee fucker is saying anything that hasn't been posted beforeOther threads are available.
and the legal advisors?
Maybe Byrne would have contacted you if she'd known of your extensive legal experience, taking notes in court.
Sourced from Johnson.
I really hope the club act quickly and decisively
One says she was told at a meeting on March 2nd
One says what AJ said in his subsequent interview wasn't disclosed to the club

@Rober33
That's your opinion but it wasn't the opinion of the PFA or independent legal advisor's, so to suggest the club just allowed someone who was known to have abused a child to continue playing for them is a disgraceful accusation not backed up by any fact.
Why do people keep saying it wasn't the club's place to ascertain guilt? Nobody said it was.
This is about a club being provided with information that at the very least rasies eyebrows about the conduct of one of it's players and given the current climate regarding child sex offences, the club should have taken him out of the public eye.
I can't believe people don't see how bad this makes us look.
In my view, it will be a while before this club can hold its head high. It will always be viewed as SAFC's decision, irrespective if she was at the helm and had the final say. That's how it works.Don't agree. If she is swiftly removed then the club can move on with its head held high. She is ceo and a solicitor by trade. There is no hiding place for her.
If she isn't removed though it sends the message that her actions were/are condoned by SAFC which would tarnish the club badly and for a long time
That is a very different thing to knowing that he'd done it.
The Police seem to have got themselves in a twist over this like.
Is it mentioned in the texts where he kissed her? Could have been abroad where it was legal...Maybe
Not sure if this has been posted or not but it's a pretty damning indication of Johnson and his whole attitude.

That is a very different thing to knowing that he'd done it.
He confessed to kissing her in the interview - the transcript of the interview was given to the club. What are you missing here? He did it and the club knew he'd done it.
Wake up for fucks sake - what's embarrassing is that the club knew what he'd done, and decided that they'd prefer to stay up than do the right thing. People are annoyed about it. If your mates don't care, you probably need new mates.
So two policemen went to the club on their own and had a discussion about Johnson. Whether they discussed the evidence with the club is irrelevant. It was at another meeting where Johnson, his father, his QC and your CEO where evidence was provided.Yet the officer in Court said this
“Myself and a colleague went to meet Margaret Byrne to discuss the offences and consider safeguarding for any other young people he may come in contact with through his work as a professional football player.”
DI Sampson went on to say that what Johnson had told police in interview was not disclosed to the club.
