Id have treated his appeal like those frivolous appeals in football. He pleaded guilty yet asked for an appeal? Id have added years to his sentence as he clearly isnt showing remorse.

Another Mag commenting on something you know fuck all about, he was asking for an appeal against the charge he denied, part 3, the part he was convicted on because of 1 message.

Well you thought wrong then, he was convicted because SHE SAID he did it and the jury decided he did because he sent a message saying you felt turned on, had he said you appeared or seemed turned on there's a good chance he would have been aquitted.

The truth?

The truth is a panel of 3 judges turned down his request for leave to appeal.
Following another judge doing the same last year.

The same panel agreed his sentence was fair.

I'll take the verdict of the court over one of someone unobjectionable tbh.

Them saying he did it under the evidence presented is good enough for me.

Whoever he or she is, they have more than your usual passing interest in the case judging by what others have said.

Ive posted my opinion that's all, 2 of the jurors had the same opinion that's why the judge changed the amount of people needed to convict from 12 to 10.

I wasn't aware the specific reasons for individual members of the jury to acquit were made public. Do you have a link?

You claim he didn't stick his fingers inside the vagina of a 15 year old girl, only she said he did. Do you have any evidence supporting this?

Aye that's exactly what Ive posted,:rolleyes: I said in MY opinion I don't think after following and reading the case notes there's isn't enough evidence to convict him on that charge, of course you lot are not biased giving he destroyed you lot in the last 6 games against you.
