So fuck, I'd rather people think I was guilty but have my freedom than be locked up on the nonce wing for 6 years. It's not like he couldn't afford to reach a generous settlement either. I'd have settled ASAP if I was him, as I say though I don't know if our legal system allows that.

No, it's Johnson fault. However if we are saying she's a child then I'd expect responsibility, in terms of how she behaves, where she goes etc to lie with her parents. You know, neglect, shit parenting and all that. Like when kids are little fuckers and the parents get stick.

He clearly wasn't though and he knew it.

If I was ever charged with a crime like that but I knew I was 100% innocent, I'd probably still settle if I could afford to. Fuck putting your life in the hands of a jury, especially with a "he said, she said" crime like that. I'd rather just pay the money, take the risk away and get the whole thing done and dusted ASAP, even if people would undoubtedly think you were guilty. I'd rather that than take the risk of going to prison for 6 years.

Even now with the dust relatively settled, I still can't believe he did it - stupid stupid man.

But I would hazard a guess that he is the type who is in total denial and still doesn't accept he has done wrong.
 
No sympathy for the bloke cause what he did WAS illegal and creepy as fuck.

However there have been a number of cases in which women have been the perpetrator of sex acts on boys, far more lewd acts at that and have received lesser sentences, some even avoiding jail entirely.
