He had potential and some good moments, but the end product was often very frustrating. It could be just as simple as that wasn’t improving with time

I wouldn’t call him a shirker, but he maybe doesn’t have the tactical side to his game going forward or defensive structure that Bris clearly likes

With what he offered he was miles off a Le Bris team last season, it’s a different stratosphere this one

(Some) fans have a very weird obsession with calling anyone and everyone who isn't very good or who has a poor game lazy and/or having an attitude problem. They can't simply accept the fact that although they try hard they just simply aren't or weren't good enough. I just can't get my head around why they continuously think like this.

People need to get angry about something.
 
He’s just not good enough for the level. Think league one would be his ceiling yeah he played 60+ games in the championship at best he was decent in a few.

His at the age where he also needs to play senior football he just hasn’t progressed as good as people hope one the scouts got wrong.
 
Agree it was a bit odd that he went from being a first team regular to completely frozen out. Can see why he wouldn't get in the team ahead of Roberts, Jobe, Rigg, Browne etc. but to not even make the bench at times we were pretty stretched last season is another story.

Jewison Bennette had this to say, although Ba was playing the season Bennette was left out?

A loan seems the most logical, imo. He will have had a big pay increase clause in his contract, due to our promotion. No one will match what he is getting paid here.

I've seen some claim Isidor is lazy and has an attitude problem this season. The lad is and has been a breath of fresh air, he's looked (from the outside at least) a great character to have around the squad. He's struggled at times against defenders at this level and some have immediately slated him for having attitude problems. It's just weird, christ knows what they'd think of me trying to kick a ball against defenders this good :lol:

I don't mind saying what a few have avoided saying, it is only ever black players on here that get labelled lazy, so one may deduce that it is a either sub-conscious bias thing, or just the person saying it is a racist kernt.
Mayenda, Brobbey and Isador have all been labelled lazy on this board this season
 
If I was him I'd be sitting down with the club and negotiating a termination.

He's got 18 months left. I'd saying 'give me 6 months wages and I'll go now'. That frees him up ahead of the closure of the window, gets some money in his pocket, and someone might pick him up on a short term deal until the summer once the window is shut, gives him a chance to put himself in the shop window.
