Accept championship (at best) standard. Expand stadium to 63k. 10 pund a game come on come all. Slash gate prices once and for all and try to be known for our crowds bit accepting the loss of serious gate receipts.

Trade off premier league fayre for cheap as chips football which woukd probably still be better standard than the 70s top flight.

Would it work? Would it be better than the last 60 years?
 

The club is skint, so how do you finance a 63k ground?

And the problem with being a good Championship side is you get promoted to the PL (that you want to avoid?).
 
Not being sarcy or out but how in the hell do you think youd fill a 63k stadium, youd be better off investing in players to get out of that league.

we've already done that. Norwich & Palace earned more from matchday revenue than we did with much lower crowds 2 seasons ago (in the prem) for example.

Won't work as apart from the hardcore support no one wants to watch a crap team in a crap division, even for a tenner. There are too many other things to compete with sport unless you're in the PL.
 
Yep 10 year + record low attendances and what is the answer? Increase the stadium capacity by nearly 20k

On another note, imagine how much rubbish would be on the pitch if we ever did have a capacity like that. Bad enough as it is (actual rubbish, not the clowns in the shite striped kits)

Extend the ground so theres more pink seats and charge a tenner......lets be honest you could charge a pound and youd not fill a 63k stadium you moron

Lets be known for our crowds...oh yes we are an absolute stinking club an organization but we get 63k people in the ground to watch an absolute crap team
