A mag's opinion of our atmosphere

All the mags games were class, V burnley & sheff utd in the playoffs the ground was bouncing... good few prem games as well
Sheff Utd in play offs the best s.o.l for me

Chelsea in 92 replay my best roker park although the oldies always say Man City in 73

Lincoln last season showed that the hard core can still raise the roof

Our atmosphere was pretty dire at times but so were player performances so we hardly had anything to make noise about other than a referee or manager being shite.

Nothing more satisfying though than a good ‘you fat bastard’ chant, whether it be to a manager or some poor fan making himself too well known.

Can never knock our away support though, still turn up in droves and always make a racket, it’s cult like how our away fans never drop off despite how shit we are or how far we have to travel.

Was good on Saturday, partially down to the ref because fans could sense players were having to dig in a lot more . Also when 2 1 up less leave early and it helps. At times it isnt so good and I'm in South.

Think the roar when attacking is sometimes more beneficial to players than a song.
This. Whilst singing is welcome, it doesn’t actually help the players tbh. It’s the road when attacking, the vociferous appealing for decisions and general encouragement type noise that benefits you on the pitch. Nothing like being roared on by fans to up your game - played a few times in front of small crowds and even when it’s just 100 people orso, it makes a massive difference and it does help you run faster, etc.
