can you give a run down of how MF works. Am I right in thinking there's the inter-changable lens but then whats the crack with the back then there's another piece?!?

Roger was kind enough to re-do the stitch with PTGUI and it looked loads better - unfortunately it looks like he's deleted it from dropbox

My PC auto destroys over processed files.

and whilst it was loads better it was still rubbish.
There are no fixed control points on the first set of images, so nothing to align the photos with. Everything on it is a moving object
