9 points to play for

Beat a relegation threatened, mid week playing Forest at home.
Beat an already relegated dogshit team sitting on one of the lowest point totals in the history of the league.

Wild expectations.

Forest are clear as day in a false position mind and today a breeze if not for a joke of a decision.

Villa game was a knife edge too.

Season is fizzling out. Im not seeing us doing much in the next 3 like, wouldnt be suprised if we lose all of them.

People can talk all day about what wed have been happy with after we got promoted, as far as im concerned this team is about to underachieve.
Bullshit. A newly promoted team mathematically safe in mid table has never under achieved.

The averages say none. We aren’t better currently than Everton United or Chelsea. Today’s draw was against one of the worst sides ever to play in the PL they now have 18 points.

Same side who beat Liverpool and Villa there and we had 10 men

Worst post of the entire day on here and there's been some competition. Well done Kathy 👏

Great opportunity today to almost cement a finish above them lot. Reckon they’ll pip us now. But I’d take getting 6 points off them every season but finishing behind them…

I think the fans and players are underestimating how much worse the summer will be if we let the mags finish above us. If they do, it's completely down to lack of bollocks from us. All we realistically had to do was beat either Forest or Wolves to seal the deal.

Things like that have an impact on momentum and we're starting to look like we've let it slip for no reason.

They have spent about a billion quid since we were last in the Premier League and have had an 8 year head start. They were in the Championship League this season FFS.

We were expected to go down by pretty much everyone involved in football and yet we've beaten them twice and stayed up at a canter.

It's a fantastic season irrespective of whether they finish ahead of us or not.

Half of the nonsense reaction from people on here to recent results is actually due to them winding their Mag mates up about finishing ahead of them. Ridiculous.

I understand all of that and it doesn't undermine what I was saying.

I still think some of our fans are underestimating the difference to our momentum of finishing above them and not. It's like we are pretending that it makes no odds. I think it still matters and is worth trying to achieve.
