BBC2 is apparently 60 today i can remember when i was a kid, We had Sky yet my cousins were all sat round tv waiting for channel five to start

Interestingly I thought it was awful, as much as I appreciate the brilliance of both of them. And, I realise both were getting on in years.

Both were unsurpassed as jazz musicians.
