Won’t be long until this feat is achieved IMO, I predict that it’ll happen at this years World Cup.
You could defintely see England doing it like against one of the weaker nations, simply cruised to yesterday’s score who would have predicted that 10 years ago.
Won't happen as we'll rest players.
Are there any weaker nations in the world cup with the format being used this time round?
Was thinking this yesterday, not sure it will Happen in the world cup though.
We rested players yesterday. Was a few of our 'better' players missing IMO
Can’t remember the game but we should have strolled it last year, cocked last 2 overs left
Agreed just a matter of time would be great viewing
Agreed it will be soon, getting dull IMO though. Great that England are the best at it right now, but its losing its spectacle for me.
Absolutely. Even though England are brilliant now I find the procession of boundaries dull.
It was more compulsive when teams had to scratch their way to 250.
Well fair enough good point
It could be dull when 250 was a good score as well, what creates the excitement is close games. Mixing the pitches up is what is what is needed. Although I much prefer watching England play attacking, free flowing cricket than what we've been use to.
Exactly it’s close games that make it exciting not the actual scores.
To me the best part is the start of a one daygamr now as opposed to before.
That is much more entertaining
Against Australia , finished with 481
Coulda happened the other day if England batted first. I think it will happen before the summer is out, if the tracks from this series are any indication.
EDIT: Might have been TODAY if England batted first. Boundary looks like its 20 meters away.
