48pts and a Cup Semi

Just to add some perspective, even Paul Ince managed a promotion and a Checkatrade win in the same season.

We have f***ing ***** that follow us mate.

The booing was poor, but it wasn't everyone. I actually thought the atmosphere in the second half was ok

Can’t have booed. Our match day attendees don’t criticise or over react and this board doesn’t reflect our actual support. I read that on here

People get very precious defending this place

Can we stop with this cup semi thing please?
Aye it is nonsense like. A sackless, nothing competition that a lot of league clubs don't even take seriously since the influx of the academy teams.

To get to this hallowed semi we've beaten:

Carlisle - League 2
Stoke's kids - on pennas after a goalless draw
Morecambe - 3rd bottom of League 2
Notts Co. - bottom of League 2
The scum's kids
City's kids - who were actually the even younger kids as the proper kids were playing in a nothing League Cup game.

An away fixture to League 1 rivals Bristol Rovers provide us with our first real test of the competition - and it wouldn't shock me if it were our last neither.

So I am guessing if we beat Bristol, you wont be going to Wembley? If you are a SC holder, perhaps you could offer your card to an exile poster on here so he/she can get a ticket without the pain of general sale?

Just brought in 4 players. Lost our main goal threat. Does Morgan or Gooch start. The O’Nein conundrum, settled back 4. Does he now go 2 up top.
He should know by now . 13 draws later and he still pers8sts with an isolated player up front. I really don't get why managers persist with something that obviously doesn't work.

You are very negative.

The wank-a-thon ower the checkatrade trophy man ,it makes our interterter cup look like the fu@#ing champions league :lol:

To me if the manager doesnt know his best team or formation at this stage in the season we as fans need to worry because its been awful since November. Slow play, no pressing, barely any chances created in comparison to our rivals for promotion(other than tonight).
He's just got 3 new players in end of Jan man.
He's learning on the job and doing a pretty good go of it
