Seasider here in peace.

The Muckers may well be out in force, but if there's 8000 of you they shouldn't be much bother!

The East stand is covered but that's about it in terms of facilities. Please feel free to voice your complaints against our despicable owner, and whilst you are at it a few renditions of "Oyston Out" would be gratefully accepted.

The vast majority of home fans still boycott the games in an effort to rid the club of the asset -stripping vermin. The few mushrooms in attendance will be barely awake. The Supporters Trust normally asks away fans not to spend anything in the ground, but asking you lot not to drink will be akin to asking you not to breathe.

I have Mackem mates at the game, but sadly I will only be able to meet them outside. Please feel free to chat to the Trust members outside the main entrance. Many are like myself, a season ticket holder since the 60's, but who have stayed away for over four years. Many have been sued by the owner for voicing their discontent.

I can't bring myself to wish a Sunderland victory, but have a great trip everyone. Hope to meet you again before to long, in happier times.

The old Pontins was the closest Blackpool got to 5 star marra.

The Cliffs iirc.

what would the reaction be if we unveiled a massive OYSTON OUT banner? a bit hypocritical after paying 8000 x £20 ? must say it doesn't sit right with me what they have done to your club, but the desire to follow 8000 of our fans to an away game overrides it

Do you think we will get a further allocation of tickets?

Hope your lot hand some leaflets and the likes out outside just to raise awareness of your plight, after hearing the mags whinging on about being a profitable club in the top flight I think you'll get plenty of sympathy and support for your actual shit situation. Almost feel guilty going to the game but it's a big one for us and one a lot want to be a part of. Happy not to spend a penny in the ground though, I'll get pissed enough on the way down, and will happily join in with any anti Oyston chants.

Anyone know of any coaches going from Seaham/east Durham with two spare seats?

Was going to drive down as we're kipping over night down there, but I wouldn't mind hopping on one if there is spares.

Think the seaham branch probably has space, think they've put on a second coach (think they're just going on new years day and back that evening mind so might not suit you)

It’s unspeakable what’s been done to your club mate. I hope you get it back sooner rather than later. The very best of luck to you.

I'm passing on to every sunlun fan I know the reasons for the boycott and to not buy anything inside the ground, although they don't compete for my affections anywhere near as much as Sunderland do Blackpool are my 2nd club, watched them since the 90's when we both had Hummel and vaux sponsors and it was our annual family holiday destination I love the place, I was at the Leyton Orient march back end of 2 seasons ago and IL more than likely have my oyston pin badge on as I enter the turnstile on new years day,
I remember before the boycott Millwall came to bloomfield it was 0-0 about 20mins left super Kevin Phillips came off the bench and a few minutes later curled in a beauty from outside the box for a 1-0 win I went absolutely mental

Do you get on AVFTT? we getting a bit stick in there like

Many thanks for your kind thoughts everyone. Any away showing sympathy on AVFTT will be treated with respect. True footy fans stick together. Though what's been hardest to take for Pool fans is sympathy from North Enders! Enjoy your day out all.

Who the fucks the Muckers?:)

Been to Blackpool many times watching Sunderland and apart from those inside the ground, you never see any Blackpool fans about, everywhere is rammed with our lot.

Some on here making out they are Millwall of the North West.

I hope the beer runs out and everyone has the shits behind the goal
:lol::lol:

This, would be great to see a big Oyston Out banner from our lot. But as said above it might seem a bit daft given we've just given the corrupt **** a fair few thousand quid
