Anyone know of any 3g pitches near Durham for hire during the day? Lads from consett, bishop, ingleby so has to be pretty central. Heard ones in soccerena have closed now and the rest are all schools that cant hire through the day
 


There will likely be a few, goals (soccer arena) at belmont, good few at Houghton le spring but realise we are getting quite far away with Consett. There must be a good few dotted around?

Struggling mate. Soccerena has closed there indoor pitches apparantly. Doing paddle or something. There is no 'goals' around durham or bishop. Think durham uni is possibly an option. Will give them a ring tmora
 
For some I thought soccer arena had been bought by goals. Been a few years since I have played there.

There are a number of pitches in and around Houghton that will be available, depending on if that's it too far or not.

Place at the Galleries had 3g pitches as well.
 
I play at Everyone Active in Houghton regularly and it’s available all day.

Like others have said though it’s a bit of a trek for you.

Houghton behind the primary care place in the Centre has couple 5/6 a side pitches that can also be made into one bigger one of needed
Know some who left socarena when it closed and went there
Maiden castle used to have some in Durham but unsure now

Riverside next to the cricket ground x 3 7 a side pitches
