We beat Bury 5-2 away to gain promotion. SKP with a hatrick.
I watched the game in The St Andrews bar in Gib, having just got off a ship by pilot boat that morning. Brilliant night, the place was packed with Mackems. Most of them were crew members from a couple of RFA's alongside.
