24 hr fasting

Do it when a camera is due to be sent up my hoop. Was going to say its a doddle but perhaps not so much if you have a choice and relying on will power. More importantly, why would you starve yourself?

I fast between 12am and 7am every day. That's 49 hours a week. I've not noted any health benefits.

It is not too bad, large breakfast and then you only have to get to bed time, then you are asleep for 7-8 hours of it.

Wake up then its breakfast time again

It's a doddle after the first few days.

Do it for a month or so and the weight will drop off, just make sure not to eat rubbish

Longest I've fasted is 72 hours as a planned fast.
24 hours no problem.

I often only eat between 8.30pm and 11pm...nothing in the day at all bar some milk

Done a 24 hour one a few weeks ago, to restrictive and not something I'd want to do on a regular basis. The 16.8 one I do anyway on my work days, I find that easy so will probably continue with that.

16:8 is very doable and very effective for me.
