Anyone else get their application for 2012 ODI and 2013 Ashes tickets today from DCCC?

The forums will be unavailable for a few hours on Saturday 6th June, when they do return they will initially be in a degraded state with some features missing, but normal posting/reading will be possible. The main website will not be affected by these updates.

For non members its £55 for the ODI and £75 a day for the test. Never known a game go on sale this early. Was going to start saving up but might have to get a loan now.
How much for members? (he says in the hope he can befriend a member)

I'm a Durham member if that's what you mean or do you have to be a member of England or summat? I'll be getting tickets for me and Matty but if I'm allowed more then I'll let you know. Haven't received anything in the post about it yet though.
astonishing they can sell tickets 2 years in advance, when most of the venues haven't been decided

According to some people down at the Riverside yesterday, apparently the dates can also be changed (not sure if they've even been set yet anyway).
Its 2 years away but may buy some, can you apply online?

Until the 3rd June it's only members (and members buying for friends) who can buy and it looks as though it's only via the application form they sent out. After that it's open until the end of Sept for anyone who has previously bought tickets at Durham (prices at a minimum of £75) and then from October 1st it general sale.
FWIW I think it's expensive and unnecessarily early to be buying the Test tickets. What makes it worse is the fact you don't know when it is so are effectively buying blind when selecting Day 1, Day 2 etc. especially if you are trying to get specific days (e.g. the weekend).
You can get up to 5 non-member tickets for the ODI at £55 (£50 for members) and up to three for the Test at £75 (£70 for members).

Going to the same way as football, Sky are pumping fortunes in the game through the tv deal yet prices still going up and up
