Was in today, took 40 mins to get served even though 4 staff on tills, pretty long process, queue still to the door when I left with more people pulling up.

We bought our first 4 season tickets ever, the woman infront said that they had never bought them before but loved what was going on at the club, 2 blokes infront of that were buying on behalf of a group of about 10 lads who were at work.

If this is reflective of how busy the ticket office is all the time at the minute then the 20,000 season tickets will easily be broken, especially given we are still a long way before the deadline.

What time was this ? 18 170 was the total at 11 30am.

Some have taken to hiring personal shoppers to go there for them @TAFKAHM .

Given the staff have been slagged off big style on here, I have to say the young lass who served me on both visits recently was really helpful.

They were grafting today mind and while I was there one of them finished their shift and was saying she felt crap going home while it was so busy and was on about staying. Given how much of a pain fans are when it comes to getting their seats, making calls while at the till to get info they didnt have (me included) their patience was unreal. She had to set 3 new fans numbers up for us as others didnt have previous history and she was unbelievably patient and friendly.

Found the nearest end of row seat to his old one, did he want to be lower or higher....another phone call

First real experience of ticket office as always done online, massively positive experience I have to say. They were also absolutely delighted it was so busy as I was taking the Mick saying I bet they thought they would have a quiet summer...She said "Awww its brilliant isnt it"......Genuinely delighted at what was going on.

Rodwell should be made to spend a day in there to see how much their jobs mean to the staff

Aye, I wonder just how many dedicated staff like this, people who graft with a smile on their faces for an annual salary not much more than he earns in a day, have been laid off while he sits on his arse doing nowt. Utter disgrace of a man.
