Yes but someone who didnt use heroin would have no tolerance so snorting it like its coke then snorting more cos you aint getting a coke buzz is not gonna end well.

Think there's been a number of cases over the years where tourists have been sold heroin in place of coke...and more often than not this has ended in tragedy.

Yeah, said the same in May when this thread started. Loads of smack in that part of the world and it just looks like a white powder, especially in a nightclub after a few drinks.
