2 Day Friendlies

I see England haven’t learnt from their previous catastrophic overseas failures and have gone for another pair of absolutely f***ing pointless 2-day Friendlies.

Never seen the point in them. Unless one team is going to spend all day batting then the next day fielding or something like that.

I’m as cynical as they come, but that’s not what it is - they could’ve easily played a three day game with proper cricket rules this week. Instead they’ll start a three-dayer on Friday - if they played today’s debacle over three days and started it on Tuesday they’d have had the same rest in between.
