So, will you and the other 15,999 who have chosen to renew actually attend and get behind the team, instead of boycotting, booing, hurling abuse and then f***ing off after 60 minutes?

Its not the 15,000 absent and very silent Glory Hunters that have maintained a negative atmosphere around the SOL this season.

Not a single one of them has sung "We're f***ing shit", or "You're not fit to wear the shirt".

Not a single one of them has fucked off when we went 2-0 down midway through the 2nd half.

Yeah, I agree it would be difficult to do any of that if you're not actually there.

I can't speak for anyone else but my support is pretty good.

I was there last night, sang my head off an applauded at the end ..... no doubt there are people who'll criticise me for that.

You averaged 41k in 2017. Don't get a bonk on cos you've "only" lost 25,000 fans in the space of a season

Enjoy your game today flower? You must have to be posting on here minutes after it finished?
Decent Wi-Fi in The Three Bulls or Rosies is there?

I gave up my season ticket a couple of years ago when my daughter was born. Can't afford £600 and i've rarely got a weekend where I'm not looking after the bairn cos the wife's at work.

Watched it on the net though. And last nights game

So you're having a dig that we've lost fans and you're a plastic fan sitting at home anyway? Special breed you lot like.

What's your point. No one can be criticised for buggering off whenever they want - the fact is Sunderland were not even competing in many games this season. It has been well beyond Anything the supporters could influence on the pitch. Our supporters aren't stupid, thy can see we were turning a team out with goalkeepers whom wouldn't get a game in league 2. No striker to speak of. Lack of team spirit.

Each to their own but you can't criticise any of the supporters this season as it's unlike anything witnessed in living memory in terms of how utterly utterly shite it has been to watch.

Not me mate. There has maybe been the odd occasion when they wouldn't have deserved it. Last night wasn't one of them.

If you stop watching just because the team is a division below then doesn't it make you a bit of a glory supporter?

It isn't like the owner has suddenly increased ticket prices and is pricing people out. The only difference is going to be the league we're in.
Unfortunately I can only give you one like, you're spot on with what you have said.

Speaking on behalf of 2 of the 16k who stayed through thin & thinner this season & who will attend next season. Do you think it would have improved if we told them his shot they were, it’s pointless just like the team for most of the season.

Most fans have tried to motivate the feckless lot of them but they’re not good enough, show no passion until it’s too late & we’ve all thought at least once this season that we could defend better than them - I’ve subconsciously made 200 clearances, 150 blocks & more than my fair share of goal line clearances since August - I’m knackered

What an absolute SHITE fan

One of me mates and his dad are getting season cards for the first time in a while. They used to have them at the back of the south west corner but me mate moved down south for uni for a few years and then moved in with a lass he met down there for another few years but they’ve just moved up here so him and his dad are returning.
Nice story, can you keep us up to date with their ongoing relationship please.

Well you lot gained 20k when you jumped from a situation similar to ours, but not as bad, to all of a sudden doing well. Funny that eh, although it seems the mags have totally blanked this from their memory as it was before 1992 and only the mackems crowds change.

Was canny seeing a Phillips on the scoresheet again at the twat palace today. You probably went back then as you were doing well.
