To be fair @Upthere didn’t say there will be an announcement today. If we are after that bloke from QPR I would expect something to come out first that they’ve given us official permission to talk to him, so it could be that.

He didn’t but his exact words were “there’ll be some big news tomorrow”.

I agree, partly out of being completely disillusioned with the whole thing, that we won’t be getting put out of our misery anytime soon on the head coach appointment.

I suspect it’ll be something about further investment in the club or something which can be construed as positive as they look for something vaguely optimistic to put out after the fiasco of the ‘imminent’ statement a week ago today.

This club man.
