Seems a relaxed , laid back character with not much emotion....this ties in with some of the comments ive seen from Lorient fans.

And for KLD/Speakman seems the sort not to speak up against the criteria or stir up anything...so perfect fit for them

Doesnt seem the type to get hyper or passionate but more a type to stay cool and calm...whether that whips the players up we will see

Thought the interview was a bit boring but I wasn’t expecting a braveheart style speech, especially in a language he’s still learning.

To me, he seems to be a very studious, thoughtful and intelligent person, without being desperate to look like that.

Ultimately the results will do the talking, but I think we could be on to a winner here.

I like him, no ego or the big I am. Comes across like a teacher, seems intelligent and considered but not in a know-it-all that loves the sound of his own voice way like we've had previously.
I prefer this type of character rather than bluffers.

I think he came across as smart and measured. Never fell down the manhole question of what expectations can fans have of the team this season. He simply said if we get the playing style right we will do very well. Reckon he'll do alright and clearly a better communicator than Beale. At least he's more believable when he speaks.

This mate, listening to him he wants to build a base to build on with the team having its own identity, hopefully the players take it on board pretty quickly.
