Do we? Name some

Very recently we wanted to keep Watson and Bellingham but both left( granted we have moved on since then). Can think of the likes of Gyan, bent, kaboul, Hutchinson, PVA, Henderson, Stewart, mignolet, Clarke off the top of my head all good players who we wanted to keep.

Comes across really well and smart too
Great representation of the fan base
He really does …you can tell he is an intelligent man cos he always thinks quickly about the question first then his response before answering ( Shay Given take note! ) … but his articulate response is also delivered with a passion which we should never not expect given he is a Sunderland fan. He is a great representative of our fan base and it’s little wonder he gets airtime

Some of the players you've listed the club wanted to sell and cash in on, such as Clarke, Henderson, Stewart. I'd even put Jobe in that category.

Do we? Name some
To add to the recent examples already listed, fans of a certain age will remember how gutted we all were when two of our magnificent 73 Cup winners buggered off too swiftly...Dennis Tueart and Dave Watson. Both truly wonderful players.
Darren Bent is another, in more recent times.
And I'd rather not have lost Jack Clarke when he left, though it looks like decent business now.
