He got smashed all over the place the other day, 50 odd off his 4 overs, no way will he go back to playing for the Aussies (even though he'd still be their best spinner). He's not committed enough to play regularly enough.

Really? (not doubting you, just surprised) I've seen him a couple of times and he's not looked the bowler he used to be.
He must be miles behind Malinga.

Anyway, he's still a good bowler, but I don't he couldn't cope with a test match physically any more, and might struggle in 50 overs. Don't think we'll find out as he won't go back.

Agree on test matches, but he could play 20/20 and 50 over stuff for another 4 years
