I'm fine thanks except possible torn cartilage in my hip which may require surgery, next set of MRI scans with an arthrogram booked for early May. Nothing serious and could probably get away with playing a bit but don't really want to aggravate it or struggle & let the team down.

bloody hell dave doesn't look like you will play much then, how did you do that? Aye get yoursel down mate and bring matty along to play if he can be bothered:lol:

we have bats, pads, umpire jackets but no wicket keeping stuff as unfortunately I couldn't get the fielding equipment for any cheaper. All the balls were used last season.

I'm going to bring the smb stuff down with me today including the T-shirts as they're no longer my responsability

Not sure if it's been done with the nets I was doing or the Friday footy but that's about the time it happened and just got worse. It's my left hip and I think it's when I plant my leg down when bowling as I was finishing the nets with a bit of a niggly pain.
Will try to get down to a least one of this weeks games, can't see Matty coming down though, laziness personified that boy!

i have the training windy balls in my bag. i wont be able to take any other kit with me.

I can ask around for players for Tuesday if we can't get eleven from the usual lot (and people can handle another Mag playing cos one of them is). However I'd need to know in the next day or two.
 
I'll get some phone numbers printed out for lads who will play or could play for the smb so beefy and craig have them. I'll give you them tonight if either of you are at tonights smb meeting
