Remember watching about it on Youtube, sure Benaud did a closing shot to camera afterwards where you could see (and he said) he was totally disgusted at what had happened.
 
i think the one with vaughan and flintoff, is at the fall of the last wicket and vaughan is running around, he is picked up by freddie and vaughan pulls freddies ears
