Good news people. For the first time this summer BBC Newcastle will be providing commentary of all of Durham's home games in the County Championship.
We start tomorrow with the Sussex match. Join me Martin Emmerson and BBC Sussex commentator Steve Shepherd from 11am on this link
You can follow me on Twitter @Martycricket.
As ever we'd love to hear your comments as the game progresses.
We've decided to change what we do with the cricket this season. By channelling our resources into covering all of the championship matches at home, that means we can leave away games to our sister stations in other parts of the country.
Talking to fans, and receiving emails from so many of you in the last two to three years, we got the impression more of you wanted better coverage of the four-day game.
As far as the T20 matches are concerned, we will cover the home games and leave the away commentaries to our sister stations as well.
Sadly Martin Speight will not be with me this summer, unless Durham reach the latter stages of the T20. He has a new job as a cricket coach at one of the country's leading public schools. It's been great working with him all of this time and I hope the partnership will continue later in the year.
