What's the conditions like? Did Yorkshire just bat really badly?

More poor batting and good bowling according to the commentary, however in the last few overs before tea the ball was keeping very low. Even if we bat shite and get 200 all out we'll still have a lead of 380.......

Reverse psychology not your bag, eh? :-D

I'd be tempted to put them back in this time, they've only bowled two sessions.

reverse pscyhology......of course see my posts re Anderson

these are the types of wickets where Warne, Mushy, Kaneria would still take wickets in county cricket....lets see what Rashid does

big difference between a test class leggie and a good county leggie

Very true. There's some numpty on here proclaiming Imran Tahir as the best leggie in the world, despite the fact that he's never bowled a ball in Test cricket. Mental.

Surely we can win this one from here?

Would be a great shame to be more than 150 ahead on first innings in both the opening games and not win either of them.

What do people think is a reasonable target to set them? 400?

Great day for Durham. Time to press on for the win.

Length of the batting line-up must be as good as any in the country with Plunkett at 9.

It looked incredibly short last season with Plunkett at 9 ;)

It's obvious that Durham have a canny team and are getting back to what they were. Early days yet but they have made Yorkshire look ordinary.

Work to do tomorrow but I'll be interested too see come close of play how the whole thing stands. We're leaving at 8am and really looking forward to the day.

Here's hoping the lads deliver the goods.

Clear day in Leeds, so need to be pushing on at a decent rate. Lead is currently 242 so get a hundred or so before lunch and then give it some humpity.

I will break ranks and say they should have enforced

Yorks could be batting in the best conditions of the match

I doubt they have the batting to save it mind...maybe with Rudolph
